CUTOUT - Show it. Don't hide.

We are not Matt Parkman in Heroes TV serial. That can listen to voices from people's mind. We are all human. Ordinary as it is. We can't see into each others' brain.

But,
We are all human. Special as it is. We do possess brilliant ideas and thoughts inside this small head. From this little mind, came up gigantic buildings, power, beauty, and insanity.

But,
Many look down on it. Or many prefer to be what others want them to be. Or many are too shy to show it.

While in fact,
We are precious because we are different and unique.
People appreciate us more for what's inside us not outside.
You and others will never know, what you can really do or be, before you unzip your mind and let all the crazy ideas fly. Who knows you can color the world by being the real you.

So,
Show it.
Don't hide.

*It was a cover design competition held by Cutout Magazine, and it was really God's grace I could grab the 1st runner up. Yey. Thx God! :)

Dance Dance Revolution

Have you ever loved one thing? Something that feels so hard to let go.

It could be your never-been-washed-childhood blanket..
It could be someone that you love deep down..
It could be your favorite dress..

Or it could be a dance.

Since I was a small kid, I started to dance.
And I loved it. (My mom didn't quite like it, she preferred me to have only the piano lesson. Then I told my mother, if she wanted me to stop dancing, I would also quit the piano course. haha.. It kinda worked)

I did stop joining the dance course at the end though (not because of my mother). And then stop dancing for a while, in public, but still dancing at home when no body was around. Only at junior high school, I joined the cheerleaders. YEY! It was a really great time. I think I enjoyed every practice despite going home late. (and I had always been on the bottom of the pyramid, because I am heavyyy. Second heaviest among all of them. :p)

Then I started dancing at my church. Tambourine class. And soon dancing on the events. I realized I want to worship God through the dances. Not long, I have to leave because I went to Malaysia for study.

Here, I danced. Again.
But I stopped. Again. For some reasons. After thinking for quite long time. Take this. I stopped. But I don't quit. I'l never quit on dancing. Dancing is about the heart not only the moves. And I want to dance for God, not for the people nor myself. So even I'm not on the stage, doesn't mean I can't dance for Him. :)

Well, I won't hold back if I can have a chance to literally dance again. hahaa...

But for now, instead of doing the moves, I'll keep my heart dancing.

The not-so-scrappy-book time

Kalo ngeliat2 yang beginian, saya jadi berpikir. dulu saya rajin sekaliiii. hahaha. Sempet-sempetnya dan niat banget buat gambar-gambar kaya gini. Sekarang setelah masuk kuliah, malah ga pernah lagi. Padahal penting juga buat refreshing dan latian. ya ga. Jadi merasa sok sibuk..

bajubajubajuuu. dulu saya suka gambar baju. meskipun gaya masih cupu. tapi tetep suka gambar baju.

This is my wish list about places that I wanted to go. I got the pictures from a travel agency brochure. hehe.

When all we need is...

~

The end of the world is coming near. Don't know whether it's true or not. At least that's what I heard...
What I can see is, the world's getting worse, not only the earth but also the people. The society.

Disunity, conflicts, war are happening out there. People are looking for justice. Their own justice. While in fact, there's only one justice.

Divorces spread like virus. People take easy on marriage, while in fact, it's sacred and once in a life time.

The worlds is breaking into pieces... at this moment, all we need is something that will stick all the pieces back into one. Something that can put a smile on those faces. Something that can cure all the wounds.

We need..
